Positioned at the foot of the slopes and close to ski school meeting points, this residence boasts a panoramic view, especially from the higher floors. The 28m² studio, located on the 8th floor, is ideal for up to 4 people. The south-east facing balcony provides a clear view of the lake and Grande-Motte glacier, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a picturesque mountain retreat.
The studio features a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven/microwave, dishwasher, and electric hobs. The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed (double bed) and a TV. Additionally, there is a mountain corner with two single bunk beds. The apartment has a bathroom with a WC. For convenience, a ski locker is available on the ground floor of the residence (cage 5). This non-smoking apartment is pet-free and is classified as 2** in furnished tourist accommodation.
The residence offers additional services, including preferential rates on Tignes and Val d'Isère ski lift passes during winter and access to the My Tignes card in the summer, unlocking a variety of activities. Optional services such as Wi-Fi, bed linen kits, and towels can be booked in advance for added comfort. Wi-Fi for a 14-day stay costs €78, and a double bed linen kit for winter is €24. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
