The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an elevator and a balcony. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Tignes Le Lac: Residence "Le Shamrock (Le Lac)", 6 storeys. In a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the lake, 100 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shop, grocery 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar, café 50 m, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 100 m. Skisport facilities 100 m, ski rental 50 m, ski bus stop. Nearby attractions: Centre aquatique Lagon 100 m, Centre sportif Espace Tignes 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes & Val d'Isères 100 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Tignes 100 m. Hiking paths: Parc de la Vanoise 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Tignes le Lac.

There is a lake/open water less than 100 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Le Shamrock in Tignes you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
