The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double sofa bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, two heaters and two televisions. In addition there is a swimming pool and a terrace and there are two gardens and two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a washbasin and a toilet.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a convection microwave, a stove, a coffee maker and a microwave.

This beautiful apartment is located in Serrières-en-Chautagne. There is one bedroom with a double bed, so it is perfect for a holiday with your partner. In the garden is a swimming pool from where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the French Alps.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
