The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a set of bunk beds (sleeping on top is restricted for children under 6). It also offers a large living room with a sofa and television, along with a separate toilet and a shower room equipped with two sinks and a washing machine. A pleasant east-facing terrace provides outdoor space for relaxation, while a ski locker and parking space are also included. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and WiFi is provided (though the agency disclaims responsibility for connection issues).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
