Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Heating. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: smoke alarm. The bedrooms are accessible only from the pool house and two of them have mosquito nets.

Cucuron 2 km from Vaugines: Single-family house "Cucuron". Outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre. Private: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (7 x 15 m, depth 100 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, WC and cooking stove, tennis, boules, fireplace. House maid on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Golf course 26 km. House maid (extra). Included in rental: a change of linen for stays of 2 weeks minimum. Please note: The property consists of two houses, one is unoccupied. The pool house has an area of 60 m².

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
