Charming family home of 135m2 nestled in the heart of the greenery of Saint-Paul-en-Chablais. Offering absolute tranquility, the house is ideally located back from the road while remaining just 5 minutes walk from the heart of the village, where you will find all the necessary amenities.

As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be welcomed by a warm 50m2 living room, bathed in light, which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. This living room gives access to a south-facing terrace, offering a generous 800m2 of land to enjoy moments outdoors.

Upstairs, discover a children's bedroom with two single beds as well as two other bedrooms with double beds. The south-facing bedrooms offer magnificent views, one with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the other with a master suite including bathroom and WC.

The upstairs is completed by a bathroom, while on the ground floor, a second WC is at your disposal. Convenient access to the garage is accessible from inside the house.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with an underfloor heating system with electrical production, supplemented by a pellet stove in the living room. Pets are welcome, making this place a true family home.

Please note that a bank imprint or a check for €1000 will be requested when handing over the keys. Also note that the management of this property is ensured by an agency.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
