St Paul en Chablais is located a few minutes from the ski resorts of Bernex and Thollon-les-mémises, as pleasant in summer as in winter (starting point for hikes).
The proximity of Evian and the banks of the lake with the numerous activities offered there allow you to spend a stay that is as active as it is relaxing, whatever the season.
You will be peaceful and surrounded by nature, ideally located to enjoy both the lake and the mountains, with family or friends.
The chalet is located at a place called "La Beunaz" in the town of Saint-Paul en Chablais, 15 minutes from Evian, 15 minutes from Thollon-les-Mémises and 5 minutes from Bernex.
Spacious recently renovated apartment of 70 m2, tastefully decorated, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor of an individual chalet, it offers a warm setting and all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. You have access to a terrace to enjoy the fresh air. There is also a separate toilet with washing machine.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a second shower room with WC.
Entrance is via an old garage, providing practical space for storing skis, boots, books etc.
Parking is available to the side of the chalet. A free wifi connection is at your disposal to stay connected.
When handing over the keys, you will be asked for a bank card imprint of €500 to ensure the security of your stay. This property is managed by a trusted agency.
Rental of linen charged at €25 per person, including sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels
Optional end-of-stay cleaning at €50.
Additional charges may apply for late arrivals after 6 p.m. We advise you to plan your arrival accordingly.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
