This apartment is perfect for nature lovers wishing to stop off on the GRP trail “In the footsteps of the Maîtres Sonneurs” or enjoy the hiking loops in the Pays d'Huriel. The surrounding countryside and the proximity of the town of Montluçon (all shops) will allow you to combine outdoor activities and cultural visits.
Located on the first floor of a building in the village, overlooking a shared open courtyard, this 60m² gîte offers a warm stay, the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people. It consists of a functional kitchen, two bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm, 1 trundle bed 2 x 1 person, 90 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower and two sinks), and separate WC. Electric heating.
Common gravelled courtyard. Small stoop. Sidailles lake 10 km away. Prices for one month: €391 + €110 charges.
Electricity payable by the customer, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
