Gîte of 75 m² on one level with a living room and wood stove, kitchen, dining area and lounge, 3 bedrooms. Covered terrace of 12 m². Children will be able to enjoy the many indoor and outdoor games (ping pong table, swing set, trampoline, swimming pool and various board games). For the outside, deckchairs, garden and swimming pool will delight you. Gîte with pleasant private enclosed land with trees of 1,000 m² (children's swing with trampoline), a charming and warm interior with colors and wood. Quiet and privileged site, hiking trails. and village 500 m away. In summer, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool with the owners (open from approximately June to September).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
