Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC, hip bath. Electric heating. Balcony 7 m2, east facing position and south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
