Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (roofed, 1 car). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. No lift.
Access to the ground floor with stairs. Residence "Châlet des Pistes". In the resort, 1.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 7.8 km from the skiing area, situated at the foot of a mountain, located by a road. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 300 m, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6 km. Tennis 1 km, minigolf 1 km, skisport facilities 200 m, ice rink 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
