Gîte of 130m² on the ground floor + first floor, adjoining the owner's house, located in an old farm. On the ground floor, you enter the spacious living room with an integrated kitchen open to the lounge area, the dining room and the bright veranda. Independent WC. Upstairs, we find the 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed / 1 160 cm bed / 1 140 cm bed), a room converted into a relaxation/games lounge with a Bz that can be converted for extra sleeping, and a bathroom complete (shower-sink-WC). Jacqueline and Albert open the doors of their gîte which they have renovated to welcome you. It has beautiful flowered outdoor spaces to offer you rest and tranquility: a south-facing terrace of 80m² with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue - games for young and old (ping-pong, basketball hoop, boules... ). To make your stay even more pleasant: charges and heating are included, beds are made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is available!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
