Gite of 60 m² on raised ground floor, living room with kitchen area and lounge area, wood pellet stove, 2 bedrooms including 1 on mezzanine, terrace. Electric heating. Possibility of renting another rural gîte for 2 people nearby (n°3400). New photos of the interior of the gîte available in the spring, after the work... The Malème farm, a former wine farm, has been operated by the same family since the end of the 19th century. You will appreciate the swimming pool opened in 2018 (10x3.5) on enclosed grounds of 450 m² (surroundings currently being finished), reserved for the 2 gîtes and the owner, the pool house for a drink... all in a very Tuscan atmosphere.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
