Gîte of 60 m² on the ground floor and first floor: living room including fitted kitchen, lounge, relaxation area near the stove, sleeping area and office area on the mezzanine, shower room, 2 toilets. Central heating, washing machine, WIFI. Private enclosed land of 55 m² and access to the entire 9 hectare property. Access by road. For greater comfort during your stay, charges are included in the rental price. The owners who restored the gîte themselves wanted to create a warm and comfortable place (exposed stone, lots of wood, personalized decoration, etc.). Ideal for relaxation, you will have the possibility to reserve the owners' wellness area consisting of a spa and a sauna (paid service at the rate of €30 per 2-hour session).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
