Located between the tranquil Praz-sur-Arly and lively Megève, this chalet complex is perfect for families or groups. Accommodating up to nine people, it features two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with three single beds plus a trundle, and a sofa bed in the living room. Pets are welcome upon request, and amenities include Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. A deposit is required, with daily cleaning available for an additional fee.
Just five minutes from the slopes, the residence is ideal for both winter and summer activities. Enjoy skiing in Megève or Praz-sur-Arly, tobogganing in summer, and scenic hikes. Nearby, relax at local spas or swim in the newly opened water area with floating games and supervised swimming, available from July.
The chalet offers a fully equipped kitchen, three separate shower rooms, and toilets. A wellness area with a sauna, hammam, and 24-hour gym are available. For family fun, a games room with billiards, table football, and a PS4 console is on-site. Parking options, both interior and exterior, are provided, and guests can enjoy unlimited access to the sauna.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
