1h30 from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, a few minutes from Puy-en-Velay, it is at the foot of the ramparts of the Polignac fortress that Yves and Christine welcome you to the gîte that they have just renovated!

It is in the former garden of the owner's grandfather that this fully equipped house is located, with sober and modern decoration!

The main asset of this gîte is its land of approximately 450m2 which offers a splendid view both of the village of Polignac but also of the reliefs of the Haute Loire.

For your comfort, prices include: bed and bathroom linen, cleaning and charges.

On site: visit the fortress and the village of Polignac where you will enjoy numerous activities all year round, basic necessities shops.

A few minutes by car: you will discover the town of Puy en Velay and its numerous buildings listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

A little further still: This central location allows you to easily explore the Haute-Loire: the town of Brioude, the Allier valley or the Mézenc plateau are 40 minutes from the gîte! On a fully fenced plot of approximately 450 square meters, the house is located.

Entrance into the cottage is through the living room which is perfectly arranged to accommodate a kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with WC complete the cottage.

Electric heating included in the prices within the limits of reasonable and reasoned use (maximum 15Kwh/day)

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
