From Puy en Velay take the D102 towards Brioude. At 4 km, 100 m before the roundabout opposite Polignac, turn right. The cottage is located on the right.
From Clermont-Ferrand 100 meters after the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Puy-en-Velay on the D102. The cottage is located on a path below the road.
On a 16th century estate housing the owners' house, the Maison des Cadets is an old independent stone farmhouse with a private terrace (30 m²) and a large walled orchard (2000 m²). It benefits from an exceptional view of the Polignac fortress.

Nearby: Polignac 1 km (medieval fortress, small shops), Le Puy-en-Velay 3 km (departure from the via podensis, Romanesque cathedral, St-Michel rock, Notre Dame de France, all shops and services). Ground floor: kitchen, living room (TV, closed fireplace), shower room-wc.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds) including one with adjoining shower room, bathroom, toilet.

Electric heating extra (8 kWh/day included) depending on consumption (included in prices from June to October).
Wood for the fireplace offered for a fire.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
