Located in the center of France, this beautiful building dating from the 18th century, with a "family home" atmosphere, is ideal for meeting up with family and friends and enjoying the charms of Bourbonnais. Overlooking a small dead-end square, in the heart of a village of 500 inhabitants, this gîte allows you to benefit from the attractions of the countryside and direct access to local shops and activities. Two private courtyards allow you to enjoy the outdoors, one overlooking the small square with its charming arbor, the second closed located on the garden level at the back. You can also enjoy the large balcony overlooking the garden. Vehicle parking is possible in the common courtyard (2 vehicles maximum) as well as on the church square located directly opposite.
Located on 3 levels, the Plagnole house offers an atmosphere playing on the harmony of some old furniture and modernity. From the front courtyard, you access via a beautiful main entrance on the ground floor, which serves a bedroom, a living room and a large equipped kitchen, bathrooms and a bathroom, as well as access to the 2 upper floors, laundry room and storage room (including 2-wheel garage). The kitchen and living room are bordered by a covered terrace providing access to the garden level.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
