The owners will offer you a reserved space in their park where you can relax, why not in the company of a book.
The kitchen is fully equipped (private freezer and washing machine at your disposal in a dedicated garage).
The spacious bedroom, accessible by a step, has a comfortable bed (160x200cm), and a 90 x 190cm bed.
The living room, equipped with a wall projection television/home cinema, offers access to the bathroom (via a step - walk-in shower) and WC in the same room.
The 10x5.5m swimming pool (1.10m to 1.30m deep), unheated and shared with the owners, is accessible from May 1 to September 30, with times to be defined. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the town of Moulins and its surroundings. In front of the gîte, a private terrace will allow you to eat your meals, grill (charcoal barbecue) or simply relax.

2 additional people can be accepted in the sofa bed in the living room (140x190cm) at the price of €20 per night per person. A supplement of 60 euros will be asked if sheets are provided.
A closed car park where you can park your car in complete safety is reserved for you. A bicycle garage is also at your disposal. Hikes departing from the lodge. In the village, which is 600 m away, you will find a bakery and 4 km away, all the shops are in Moulins.

The price includes: Sheets provided for the large 160 cm bed and the small 80 cm bed in the room. A supplement of 60 euros will be requested for the use of the 140 cm sofa bed if we provide the sheets.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
