Located in the heart of the old village of Morzine, it is just a 10-minute walk from the Pleney and Super Morzine ski lifts, with a shuttle stop only 100 meters away. The chalet boasts a southern exposure, offering ample sunlight and scenic views. With a surface area of 36m², it accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. The first level includes a bedroom with two single beds (160x200cm), en suite bathroom, and storage space, along with a shower room and WC equipped with a washing machine. The second level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a convertible sofa (140x190 cm), television, and access to a balcony.

Situated in a central location, the chalet is just a short walk from the ski lifts and local amenities in Morzine. The vibrant village center with its shops, restaurants, and attractions is within easy reach, ensuring guests can enjoy both the tranquility of the area and the convenience of nearby facilities. For those who prefer not to walk, a shuttle stop just 100 meters away provides easy access to the ski lifts and surrounding areas. The chalet’s proximity to the ski slopes makes it an ideal choice for skiers and snowboarders.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
