Each apartment features a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV with DTT. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a complete set of crockery and cutlery (according to the number of guests). Quality bedding, including duvets and pillows, is provided, along with bathroom amenities like a heated towel rail. All apartments come with either a balcony or terrace.2 bedrooms + cabin for 8 people (standard 70-72 m²)
The living room includes a sofa bed for two people (140 x 200), a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), and a cabin with bunk beds (90 x 200). Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
