The living room includes a sofa and a flat-screen TV with DTT. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a complete set of crockery and cutlery (depending on the number of guests). Quality bedding features duvets and pillows, along with bathroom amenities including a heated towel rail. Each flat also has a balcony or terrace.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
