General

This holiday home for 12 persons has six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a sauna, a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot.

This Chalet  is located in the Les Eucherts area of La Rosière, and is just a short walk (around 5 minutes) from the amenities of Les Eucherts (restaurants, bars and shops) and the high-speed 6 person chairlift that gives you access to the Espace San Bernardo ski area.

These two chalets are located side by side, but each with an independent entrance.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (190x80) + balcony + bathroom + toilet
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (190x140) + balcony + bathroom + toilet

 On 1st floor:
- Living room with sofa and armchairs, flat screen TV (TNT and international channels), dinner table.
- Fully equipped open kitchen with North terrace: hob, oven, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, raclette set, filter coffee maker, Senseo® coffee maker, extractor hood, toaster.
- Cellar with freezer.
- Terrace balcony with garden furniture.
- Separate toilet.

 On 2nd floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) + bathroom + balcony.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (190x80) + shower room + balcony.
- Mezzanine: small living room with a bedroom "mezzanine" with 2 twin beds (190x80) + balcony + shower room.
- Separate toilet.

The village of La Rosière is around a 10-15 minute walk away via a picturesque lit path through the trees, or take the free ski bus.

We recommend hiring your ski equipment from Olympic Sports Les Eucherts located next to the main lift. Guests who would prefer not to return to the chalet with their equipment can store it in the shop for no additional charge.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
