Located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, the largest ski area in Europe, Morzine is a fantastic playground in winter and summer.

With its 12 Franco-Swiss resorts and 286 ski slopes, the vast Portes du Soleil area offers as many possibilities to experienced skiers as to beginners.
From spring, the resort transforms into a paradise for hikers, golfers, trail runners and mountain bikers. The possibilities for activities are multiple; swimming pool, adventure park, climbing, rafting, via ferrata, stand up paddle on Lake Montriond, canyoning, fishing

In Morzine, in summer or winter, each day is a new discovery punctuated by mountain sports, varied landscapes and charming villages.
Our concierge service also offers you many optional services such as airport or train station transfers, home massages, sports and leisure activities, the services of a chef at home or a cleaning lady, delivery of your ski passes, the delivery of your first shopping, the rental of ski equipment, helicopter trips, etc.

The Les Rosiers chalet was recently renovated to offer you an extraordinary experience in the heart of the Alps.
The bay windows in the living room give you an incredible view of the surrounding mountains, its 250m2 divided into several spaces allow everyone's privacy while being friendly for moments with family or friends. Equipped with numerous modern and quality equipment and able to accommodate up to 10 people, the Les Rosiers chalet is the ideal place to enjoy the mountains in an idyllic setting.
The shuttles taking you to the lake or to the slopes are less than 10 meters from the chalet.
On the ground floor, you will find directly on your left the ski room and a separate toilet. On your right, you enter a magnificent living room with large bay windows. A kitchen open to the dining room for gourmet meals. A living room with a refined electric fireplace illuminates the space with its flames, adding a touch of charm and modernity to the chalet. This living room also includes a television with all French and English channels. A bar area is also available.
On -1, there are three double bedrooms (160x200cm) en suite with a shower and a toilet, a bedroom with a bunk bed (2x80x200cm). You will go up a few steps to arrive at another double bedroom (180x200cm) en suite also with a shower, a bath and a toilet.
A few steps further down is the cinema room, the laundry room, the indoor wellness area (sauna, hammam) and access to the outdoor jacuzzi as well.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
