The chalet also features a covered terrace, a 26 m² garage with a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, and iron), and Wi-Fi.
The chalet enjoys a convenient location just 3 minutes by car from the village of Montriond and is well-served by a nearby shuttle stop that connects to the slopes of Ardent/Lindarets and the wider Portes du Soleil ski area, including Avoriaz. This makes it an ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts. Additionally, the center of Morzine is easily accessible, allowing guests to explore the vibrant town with its shops, restaurants, and après-ski options. With a south-west exposure, the chalet offers wonderful natural light and pleasant views of the surrounding alpine scenery, perfect for relaxation after a day on the slopes.
Inside, the chalet is equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, kettle, coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, and both a raclette and fondue machine.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
