The 80m² apartment is tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 6 adults, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. With three bedrooms, two shower rooms (including one en suite in the master bedroom), and a spacious living area, it provides a welcoming atmosphere for your stay. The property also offers a large sunny balcony, a cellar for ski equipment, and a central location close to the Palais des Sports and the Jaillet ski lifts.
The apartment is well-equipped for convenience and comfort, including a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining area, a lounge with a television, and free Wi-Fi. The layout includes two double bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, a bedroom with two 90x190cm bunk beds, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Independent toilets are also available. Additional features include a ski locker, a free non-nominative parking space, and heating throughout the property.
Included services provide a warm welcome at the agency, bathroom products, linen (sheets and towels), beds made on arrival, and a 4-hour end-of-stay cleaning service. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
