The building spans five floors and features tastefully decorated apartments, combining contemporary style with refined comfort.
This spacious 3-room apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people and measures approximately 47m². It includes a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a pull-out bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. A fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, and separate WC offer everything needed for a relaxing stay. Guests will also appreciate the free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and for those with pets, the establishment is pet-friendly (additional fee applies).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
