With four bedrooms—two with king-size beds, a double bed, and a sofa bed—the duplex accommodates up to 8 guests. The bright living room, modern kitchen with high-end appliances, and two bathrooms (with both shower and bathtub) ensure a comfortable stay.
Situated in the lively Presqu’île area, the duplex is steps from Place des Jacobins and Rue Mercière, known for restaurants and bars. Place Bellecour is a 5-minute walk, and Vieux Lyon is just across the Saône River. The Cordeliers Metro station is 4 minutes away, providing easy access to Lyon’s Opera and cultural spots.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
