Property along with a prime location offers a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, ideal for both short stays and cultural vacations in Lyon. Situated in the historic Monplaisir district, the Residence is only a 2-minute walk from the Monplaisir/Lumière metro station, providing easy access to the city center.
This residence features 130 apartments spread across two 5-story buildings, all accessible by elevator. The apartments range from 30 to 44m² and include a living room with two beds, an equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with two beds (sometimes separated by a sliding partition). Each unit also includes a bathroom or shower room with WC. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided within the accommodation, and flat-screen TVs are available in all apartments.
Additional amenities include bed linen and bathroom linen, with optional changes available for a small fee. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen area. For families, a baby bed can be added for an extra charge (subject to availability). Covered underground parking is available for a fee, and pets are welcome for an additional nightly charge.
Guests can also enjoy breakfast services at an additional cost, and a tourist tax is payable on-site according to current rates. Please note that a deposit is required upon arrival.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
