This 19th century farm has been completely restored. The large farmhouse (dwelling house on the farm) houses the owner's house and this large gîte, fitted out in the old stables. It is ideally designed for your stay with friends or family. Its gabled terrace makes it completely independent for enjoying moments of relaxation or having meals. You will be in the heart of the countryside and nature. . You will have access to a large wooded area on which a pond is located. Why not take the opportunity to relax to the sound of birdsong?

On the ground floor, you have a kitchen, open to a large space integrating the living room and dining room, so you can meet in complete conviviality. Here, each room has its own private shower room/bathroom.
A bedroom with bathroom (shower/wc) is accessible for People with Reduced Mobility (2 twin 90x190cm beds). On this level there is also a master suite (1 bed 140x190cm) with its mezzanine (1 bed 90x190cm and 1 bed 120x190cm), bathroom (shower) separate toilet.
Upstairs are 2 other bedrooms each with (1 bed 160 x 190cm). A 90 bed can be added if necessary. All rooms have a desk. For security, cameras are installed at the entrance to the property.
The cottage is fully equipped with a reversible heat pump (heating in winter, air conditioning in summer). The Lurcy-Lévis racing circuit is 1km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
