Lugrin is located 8 km from Evian, on the edge of Lake Geneva, in the direction of St Gingolph, arriving by car seems essential to us.
Evian is the preferred destination in Haute Savoie to enjoy an ideal setting and recharge your batteries between lake and mountains all year round.

Many outdoor activities are offered in the region, from ski resorts (Thollon, Bernex, etc.) to sports and cultural complexes, allowing you to have an excellent stay.

The proximity of the French-speaking cantons allows numerous discoveries: from the Vaudoise Riviera to the cultural heart of Fondue and the double cream of Gruyère, not to mention the immense wine heritage and the many other secrets of our close neighbors.
Architect-designed house of 230 m2, nestled in the quiet of a residential area, a few minutes from Evian and only 15 minutes from the first ski slopes. This exceptional house offers an idyllic setting for an unforgettable vacation.

Friendly living space: The house is built around a large living room including a living room with comfortable sofas, a television, a bar with stools, a dining room equipped with a table for 8 people, and a corner reading giving access to a shaded terrace to the south.

Spacious terrace: Enjoy the 50m2 terrace equipped with a large round table with 10 stools, 9 garden chairs, 3 deckchairs, and a charcoal barbecue. It is the ideal place for outdoor dining and relaxing moments.

Fully equipped kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, two ovens, 8 gas burners, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a storage room with various devices such as fondue and raclette.

Master suite: On the upper floor, a master suite offers two twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet.

Lower sleeping area: The lower garden level includes a TV area, four bedrooms with different bed configurations, some of which give access to the garden via a French window. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and boiler is also available. Two bathrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet complete this space.

Quiet residential area: The house is located in a peaceful residential area, close to shops and the Lugrin supermarket.

Wifi and parking: Take advantage of the wifi connection available throughout the house. A large number of parking spaces are available on the property.

Non-smoking The house is a non-smoking area.

Deposit: A bank card imprint of €1000 will be requested when collecting the keys.

Rental of linen charged at €25 per person, including sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels

Optional end-of-stay cleaning at €130.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
