1st floor: living room (140 cm convertible sofa) with an office equipped for teleworking if necessary, a spacious bedroom for 2 people with an office area and a convertible sofa (120 cm), a bedroom with 3 single beds.
Reversible air conditioning. Enjoy the heated swimming pool (9x4.5m, up to 1.75m deep) and shared with the owner during hours (2 to 4 p.m. or more on request). Accessible from June to September depending on weather conditions.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
