Véronique and Jean have fitted out a wooden house for your pleasure and comfort in a relaxing atmosphere.
Passionate about Bourbonnais, they are at your disposal for any information on the activities offered during their stay in the Val de Sioule.
Jean is an artistic ironworker and microlight pilot. and Véronique is passionate about all kinds of arts: sewing, knitting, DIY.
They have dogs, cats, horses and chickens, even a rooster and chicks regularly that you can meet if you wish.
Located in the heart of the St Pourçain sur Sioule vineyard, this rental is ideally located for discovering our beautiful department. This independent chalet has a terrace with a semi-enclosed green space (1800m²), planted with cherry trees and walnut trees, forming a mini-forest where children can play while older children take a nap in the hammocks.
Ground floor: Living room, open-plan kitchen, insert fireplace, bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet. Laundry room (washing machine). 1st Floor: 2 bedrooms open onto a balcony. 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 baby bed), Bathroom (bathtub/wc). Mezzanine overlooking the relaxation room (2 single beds). Air conditioning on the mezzanine level.
Electric heating extra.
Access to the owner's above-ground swimming pool available from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (from June to August: 7.30 m in diameter; 1.20 m in depth). Moulins 35 km. Vichy, spa 28 km.

The plus of the cottage: Sheets and towels provided. Free wood for the fireplace and the barbecue.
First flight in a tilting ULM: 50-minute flight at €90 and Complete Tour of the Vineyard (more than 1 hour) at €120
The ULM being by its definition: ultra light motorized, the regulations impose a maximum weight for the passage which is 90 kg maximum.
Flights will only take place in good weather.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
