The accommodation opens onto the beautiful living room with its dining and relaxation area, the kitchen is adjoining and has direct access to the pleasant private wooden terrace of 35m². A complete sanitary facility is fitted out for disabled people with shower, basin and WC. Upstairs, we find the three bedrooms (3 single beds / 1 single bed / 4 single beds), the bathroom and the separate toilet. Ideally located in the heart of Haut Forez, just 5 minutes from the A89/E70 motorway exit, enter this beautiful estate made up of old stone farm buildings carefully restored, all enhanced by a magnificent fishing pond of 3 hectares (family fishing pond where there are many roach, every 15 days from May to September, the fishing federation releases rainbow trout of approximately 250 grams including 5 to 12 specimens weighing 1 to 1.2 kg) and 17 hectares of greenery with a children's playground, pétanque court, etc. There are numerous hiking possibilities here! L'Epicéa has been renovated with taste, quality and comfort, it is located next to the "L'hirondelle" gîte, opposite the hotel and Emma & Thomas' bistronomic restaurant. The accommodation with its warm character is highlighted by its wooden beams, its brick-clad windows... and its cozy & cocooning atmosphere!

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
