The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television and an electric heater. In addition there is garden furniture, a balcony, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a Internet connection and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop (induction), a microwave, a waterboiler, a toaster, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an oven.

Linen

In the holiday home you will find bathroom textiles and bed linnen.

The chalet is located just a 5-minute drive from the Le Prarion ski lift in Les Houches. The Les Houches train terminal is a 3-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. The village of Copeau, Merlet Animal Park, Les Chavants, and Les Houches' snow parks are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Chamonix ski resort is a 10-minute car ride, Megève is 40 minutes away, and the thermal spas of St. Gervais are just half an hour's drive. The closest international airport is in Geneva, approximately 1 hour away.

The 3-bedroom chalet is spread over three floors and features a private garden, warm wooden interiors, large picture windows, and a family living room with ample seating. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, toaster, and coffee machine. Bedrooms offer natural sunlight and comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms and an extra WC for convenience.

The chalet is surrounded by greenery, offering tranquillity and privacy. The Le Prarion ski lift and Bellevue Cable car are a 5-minute drive away, providing access to powder pistes for all abilities. Nearby attractions include the Jardin du Niege for children, the cycling park Astro Bic, and hiking areas within walking distance.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
