The apartment is located in the center of Les Houches, just 130 meters from the Prarion ski lifts. It is situated on a quiet side road and surrounded by a large shared garden with beautiful mountain views. The Prairon Cable Car is conveniently close, making it a great option for skiing or hiking. Central Chamonix is just 15 minutes’ drive away. Geneva airport is 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car.

The living area is cosy and features a sofa, wooden dresser, and a flatscreen TV. French windows open up to a private terrace with stunning views. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and a dining table for 4 people.

Les Houches offers a variety of activities for all ages, including mountain biking, mountaineering, white water rafting, tennis courts, swimming pools, and the Addicted Adventure Park. There are supermarkets and local shops for self-catering, as well as a weekly market for local produce. The Mont Blanc Express station is nearby for easy exploration of the Chamonix Valley.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
