Spacious, very comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (1 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen), electric heating. Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm). Sleeping alcove, without window with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), separate WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Large balcony 4 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the ski run, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public car park at 50 m. Shop, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant 5 m, bar 50 m, bakery, café, pedestrian zone 5 m, 0 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "500", outdoor swimming pool 10 m. Sports centre 10 m, chair lift 50 m, gondola lift 10 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental 5 m, ski school 100 m, ice field 500 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du Lou 800 m, Lac du Menuires 600 m. Please note: entertainment in the season. Suitable for families, baby equipment on request (extra). The owner does not accept any youth groups. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
