Discover our trails by dog sled, on horseback, by bike or in snowshoes. We hope you like cheese too, because now’s your chance to fill up on raclette and tartiflette!

Your Valmorel ski apartment is bordered by several large natural reserves: the Bauges Mountains Regional Nature Park, the Ecrins National Park, the Vercors Regional Natural Park and the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park. Beautiful walks coming your way! Then, head for Lechere-les-Bains to bask in its magnificent spa for a few hours. Not far from there, the village of Naves is surrounded by pleasant hiking trails to tackle in your snowshoes. Over in Celliers, just a few miles from the resort of Doucy, you can catch the ski lift which will take you right up to the mountain pastures, to infinity and beyond.
Renting an apartment in Valmorel in the winter means you’ll enjoy magnificent days on the snowy trails and some good old-fashioned snowball fights with your family or friends. You can hire all the equipment you need at the resort: ski suit, skis, proper footwear, helmet, goggles or mask: all the top gear! A kids’ club welcomes the youngest to teach them the basics of skiing, all while having a good time, of course!
The resort of Doucy is home to a large heated pool so everyone can have a whale of a time. By booking a summer stay in our Valmorel chalet, you can also enjoy the many hiking trails which are dotted around the area: head for the Sapiniere or even the Granges de Doucy to admire the magnificent scenery. Go by bike, or even on a pony! As for the aerial adventure course, it’s an opportunity to share some good times with your family, high up in the tree tops.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
