Located in Hameau des Sources, approximately 800 m from the hyper center of MONT DORE. Beautiful semi-detached chalet of 65m² with wood stove which is composed as follows:
On the ground floor: entrance, equipped open-plan kitchen (including dishwasher), living room with sleeping accommodation for 2 people (clack sofa bed), opening onto a pleasant terrace, a bathroom (shower) with washing machine and dryer linen, separate toilet.
Upstairs,
2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds,
a bathroom with WC.
Garden furniture, deck chairs. Ski room.
Private parking (access to the parking lot in winter may be difficult or not accessible)
Free shuttle for access to the slopes 500 meters away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
