The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Villa des Figuiers was built in 2024, it is on one level and has all the comfort desired to spend very good moments of relaxation, whether inside the nicely decorated interior or outside on the terrace.

Largentière lies in a mountainous area, making it a popular destination for hiking and mountain biking. Other local attractions include the "voie verte", a path for cyclists and pedestrians that follows the course of the old railway line. Extreme sports enthusiasts can head to Joyeuse, not far from Largentière, where water sports and outdoor activities (climbing, caving, canyoning, paragliding, etc.) are guaranteed to get the adrenalin pumping!

In an open kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them on the dining table in the living/dining room. The bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for providing peaceful sleep. There is a washing machine and parking facility for your convenience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
