La Loge des Garde (cross-country ski resort, piste and leisure center) is 8 km away. The Saint Clément leisure center (tree climbing, water sports, swimming prohibited) is 10 km away.

Garden level: large dining room with kitchen overlooking the green space (interior access via a staircase to go up to the ground floor)
Ground floor: entrance with a small living room, bathroom (shower), 2 separate toilets and 1 bedroom (1 140x190 cm bed and 3 90x190 cm beds including 2 bunk beds).
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms each with 1 140x190cm bed and 1 family bedroom (1 140x190cm bed + 1 90x190cm bed), 2 bathrooms (shower) and 2 separate toilets. A laundry room is available. The heating is electric. Green space shared with gîte G31348, garden furniture, parasols and barbecue.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
