This holiday home for 12 persons has a bathroom. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool, an air conditioner and a garden.

Located at the foot of the fortress of the charming medieval village of Hérisson, this former 16th century college has been completely restored, while preserving this place steeped in history. Live a unique experience and let yourself be seduced by this English cottage atmosphere with its stones and exposed beams. The interior courtyard invites you to relax with its garden furniture, terrace, swimming pool (open all year round, 3 x 3 m depth: 1.50 m). This historic building is made up of two wings linked together by footbridges.
Ground floor: Find yourself in the large dining room with its kitchen overlooking the interior courtyard, 1 bedroom with 1 180 cm bed (separable into 2 90 cm beds) with its bathroom (bath and WC), 1 WC in the hall
1st floor: Relax in the large living room around the wood stove. Take advantage of the different spaces (reading, games)
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 180cm bed (or 2 x 90cm) each with bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, 1 bedroom with 1 180cm bed (or 2 x 90cm) with 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
The Tower: (access via the footbridge or via the courtyard) the gîte has no reason to be ashamed of the towers of the Château d'Hérisson since it has one itself! On the ground floor you will find a laundry room. Via a spiral staircase, you will find on the 1st floor of the mezzanine a bedroom with 1 140cm bed, and on the ground floor there are 2 90cm beds and an extra bed.
The Ancien Collège is just waiting for you to continue its story! Parking space in the village.

Heating included at €50 in the price. Beyond that, a supplement will be charged depending on consumption to be paid on site to the owner.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
