This beautiful 3-room apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a luxury residence, just 1 km from the center of Les Saisies. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, with a living room featuring a 160 cm convertible sofa and a master suite with a 160 cm bed. The second bedroom offers two 80 cm beds. The apartment also includes a bathroom, separate WC, and an open kitchen that seamlessly integrates into the living area. A south-facing balcony offers a great spot to enjoy the views and fresh air.
The residence offers excellent amenities, including access to a heated indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, available from December 21 to April 12. The on-site fitness room is free for guests and open during both the winter and summer seasons. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
