Alcove with curtain with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Small kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Balcony 4 m2, north facing position. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. FOR THOSE GUESTS ARRIVING BY BUS, please contact us 48 hrs in advance to arrange key collection. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

ATTENTION: The keys of the accommodation of Toussuire are handed over at the Interhome du Corbier office 4 km away. For arrivals by bus, please contact us 48h in advance to organize your key delivery. Extra charge service possible 30 € residence "Bellard", 7 storeys. 50 m from the centre of La Toussuire, in a quiet position, 50 m from the skiing area, road to cross. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 80 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 15 km. Ski lift 80 m, chair lift 120 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 80 m, ski school 80 m, ice rink 70 m. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME DU CORBIER in LA STATION VOISINE, 4 km. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
