Located on the garden level of the residence, this cozy 29m² apartment offers a comfortable stay in the mountains. The apartment features a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two people, an open kitchen adjoining the dining and living areas, and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet. Ideal for skiers, the apartment is situated right at the foot of the Flumet ski slopes, offering direct access to the Espace Diamant (accessible by foot and ski return). The property is located about 5 km from Praz Sur Arly and 3 km from the village of Flumet.

Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker during your stay. For relaxation after a day on the slopes, the residence also features an indoor swimming pool, open during tourist seasons. The surrounding area offers a range of outdoor activities and stunning mountain views.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
