1st floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people (140x190), 1 bedroom for 1 person (90x190), bathroom (bath and WC).
2nd floor: 1 bedroom for 3 people (120x190 and 140x190)

You will access an enclosed courtyard via the garage, and can enjoy a raised and sheltered terrace to spend time together.

The advantages of the gîte: Oil heating, electricity included, an electric stair lift is installed in the gîte. WIFI
Stair lift reserved only for people with reduced mobility.

Sheets and towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
