The "Le Sapin" residence is made up of three spacious chalets, with Chalet A just 40 steps and Chalet B only 20 steps from the Princesse slopes. Located 2 km from the center of Megève and 3 km from Combloux, this residence offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to the ski area, just 650 meters away, and the ski slopes only 100 meters from your door. For those looking to explore the area, a gondola lift is just 700 meters away. A car is recommended for easy access to local amenities, including a golf course (2.5 km) and other attractions.
The residence is ideally positioned for both skiing and relaxation, making it perfect for a mountain getaway. End-of-stay cleaning and towels are included for your comfort.
The "Sapin B" studio, with 17 m² of space, is located on the ground floor and features a comfortable living/dining area with a double sofa bed (140 cm). The kitchenette is well-equipped with three hotplates, an oven, microwave, and electric coffee maker. Enjoy the view from the small east-facing terrace, or relax in the TV area (TV available only in French). This cozy studio offers a bath and WC and includes parking for convenience.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
