This charming mezzanine studio, located in the Edelweiss residence, offers an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 4 people. With a total living area of 19 m², plus an additional 10 m² under the slope, the studio is well-designed for comfort. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub and WC.
The Edelweiss residence enjoys a peaceful rural setting, with a western exposure that offers beautiful views of the Jaillet and the Aravis mountains. It is located 3.4 km from the center of Megève, 3 km from the village of Combloux, and 2.5 km from the Princesse ski slopes, making it an excellent base for skiing and exploring the surrounding area. A shuttle service or car is recommended for easy access to these attractions, as the property is slightly removed from the main hubs of activity.
The studio comes fully equipped with a kitchenette that includes two electric hotplates, a refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a raclette machine. Though no household cleaning products are provided, pillows, duvets, blankets, and dishes are included in the rental. For those looking to make their stay more convenient, optional services such as end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, and childcare equipment are available for an additional fee. Please note that a deposit of €260 is required, and heating is provided throughout the studio.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
