This spacious and comfortable chalet, located between Combloux and Megève, offers approximately 250m² of living space and stunning views of the Princesse slopes. The chalet is well-equipped for families or groups, featuring five bedrooms and a variety of amenities. On the basement level, you'll find two garages, a ski room, laundry facilities (including a washing machine, dishwasher, and freezer), and a small bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. The first floor includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a large living and dining area, and a bedroom with a double bed, shower room, and WC.
The chalet is ideally located close to the Princesse ski slopes, making it perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. Nearby, the charming town of Megève provides a range of shops, restaurants, and après-ski activities, while the stunning natural surroundings are ideal for hiking and exploring year-round.
The second floor offers three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower room, including a bedroom with a balcony and a double bed, another with a larger bed, and one for three people. A balcony is available in some rooms to enjoy the mountain views. Optional services like household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, and a mini Wi-Fi box rental are available for added convenience.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
