Two houses in the heart of an active agricultural operation (cattle and sheep breeding). which can accommodate 6 people and 2 people. The owners have renovated “the family home” by daring to use color and combining contemporary with a few touches of the old.

The “Charme et Détente” house's decoration and contemporary furniture blend well with the charm of the stone wall in the living room.
Ground floor: Living room with convertible sofa that can accommodate 1 to 2 people). Half-level (2 steps): 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Electric heating for every home. Courtyard and enclosed green space.
ON-SITE: Wellness area with SPA for 5 to 6 people and its terrace with a view of the Bourbonnais bocage. Games and relaxation room (American billiards – table football – elliptical bike). Outdoor ping-pong table and trampoline.
Possibility to visit the farm. St Pourçain sur Sioule 18 km. Mills 25 km. RCEA exit 5 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
